Haleigh Kotter, MD is the Medical Director and founding partner of KIT Wellness and Aesthetics.

Dr. Kotter is a board certified Emergency Physician based in San Diego. She received her undergraduate, medical and residency training from UCLA. Dr. Kotter has worked in the medical field since 2006 and her dedication to improving the wellbeing of her patients has only deepened with time.

Dr. Kotter recognized the increasing need for improved mental healthcare in her community at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic when she saw rising numbers of both patients and colleagues in the Emergency Department desperately seeking help for their mental health. Patients had months long waits to see their psychiatrist, therapist, or other mental health professional while many felt that the typical treatment modalities and medications were failing to relieve their symptoms.

Dr. Kotter sought to bring relief to many of these patients by establishing a wellness center offering ketamine infusions for the treatment of refractory depression, PTSD, anxiety and other mood disorders.

Dr. Kotter has also become well-versed in aesthetics procedures and aims to offer only the most advanced treatments for patients.

Bonnie Wright is an Expert Aesthetics Injector on the KIT Team since 2023.

Bonnie has been a nurse since 2007. In conjunction with blossoming her aesthetics career, she took an opportunity to be the Nurse Clinical director of International SOS, Phnom Penh, Cambodia where she was able to practice remote emergency trauma medicine and international evacuations. From there, Bonnie was recruited to become the Nurse Manger of the famous Bakers Bay Marina and Golf Club in Grand Guanna key in the Bahamas. Another opportunity then presented its self in San Diego where she has been a leader in the Southern California aesthetic industry since 2014.

Bonnie is an expert aesthetic injector and nationally recognized as a GAIN trainer for Galdema, teaching injectable techniques to individuals honing their aesthetics practice from novice to expert, recent nursing grads to physicians. She also teaches private injectable courses.

Mandi Stewart, RN, is an Aesthetics Nurse on the KIT Aesthetics Team.

With a passion for providing evidence-based cosmetic dermatology and a meticulous eye for detail, Mandi is a skilled and multifunctional Aesthetic Nurse. She possesses an aptitude for performing minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, and ensuring exceptional patient experiences through outstanding patient relations and rapport-building skills.

Mandi has honed her expertise through various certifications and has accumulated valuable experience in renowned medical establishments throughout her career. She has worked with Kolstad Facial Plastic Surgery, SDBOTOX, Del Mar Aesthetic Clinic, Alcheme Health, and South Coast Medspa.

Mandi has established herself as a compassionate and proficient nurse, focused on delivering individualized holistic treatment plans that enhance patient outcomes. Combining her passion for cosmetic dermatology with her nursing expertise, Mandi continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of her patients, helping them achieve their aesthetic goals while prioritizing their comfort and safety.

Arielle Horn, RN, is an Aesthetics Injector on th KIT team since March 2024.

Arielle brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the aesthetics industry, with a strong foundation in healthcare. After receiving her Master's degree in nursing, her career began in the adult ICU, where she honed her skills over three years before transitioning to aesthetics. With two years of specialized experience, she is dedicated to providing her clients with realistic, natural, and lasting outcomes.

Arielle's approach emphasizes client empowerment and safety, guiding them through their aesthetic journeys with compassion and expertise. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is adept at tailoring her services to meet each client's unique needs, whether they're new to aesthetic treatments or seasoned veterans. Arielle is committed to helping clients achieve their desired outcomes, creating personalized experiences that leave them feeling confident and cared for.

Dr. SUe Zhang is an Aesthetics Injector with KIT Aesthetics since June 2023.

Mimi Kotter is the Director of Business Development and founding partner of KIT Wellness and Aesthetics.

Mimi graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies. She found her passion in marketing and pursued her career in the energy and creative industries, then ultimately landed in medical device. Mimi decided to return to school to learn more about other areas of business and graduated with an MBA from UC San Diego.

She discovered her true passion involves helping people through teaching, motivating, and bringing awareness to issues and solutions. Her interest in psychedelic assisted therapies and curiosity in natural-looking and regenerative aesthetics lead her to become a founding partner of KIT Wellness and Aesthetics.

Lauren is a patient coordinator and operation manager at KIT Aesthetics since March 2023.

Chay (pronounced Shy) is a patient coordinator and operation manager at KIT Aesthetics since February 2023.
